The next annual prehospital research conference for pre-hospital, emergency and trauma care will take place on 4 February 2015 at Nottingham Conference Centre. The conference, which has a them of quality improvement and innovation, is funded by the Health Foundation Widening Improvement programme through the Improving Prehospital and Ambulance Care and Treatment following the Ambulance services Cardiovascular Quality Initiative (ImPACT-ASCQI) project. The project seeks to apply the learning from ASCQI to facilitate a sustained increase in quality improvement (QI) knowledge and skills in a greater number of ambulance and other healthcare staff. The conference is organised by TRUST (the Thematic Research Network for UnScheduled and Trauma Care), the University of Lincoln, East Midlands Ambulance Service and the 999 EMS Research Forum.
Our e-learning programme is designed as an introduction for health and social care professionals interested to learn more about the science and practice of quality improvement (QI).
